Features
The ZDH-700K automatic collapsible box wing making machine uses 12-servo control and photoelectric positioning to produce accurately wrapped box wings.
Developed by HORDA in cooperation with Zhejiang University, the machine integrates paper feeding, gluing, board feeding, positioning, long-edge pressing, short-edge folding and collection into one automated process. Four-point photoelectric positioning helps maintain consistent alignment before wrapping.
An insert-plate clamping structure secures the greyboard while downward pressure tightens the long-edge wrap. Secondary flattening improves the flatness and surface consistency of each finished wing, preparing it for stable downstream assembly into collapsible and flat-pack rigid boxes.
