The ZFM-500B CCD automatic foldable box cover making machine produces accurately aligned covers for collapsible and flat-pack rigid boxes at up to 40 pcs/min.
CCD vision and SCARA robot board placement control the relative position of the cover paper and boards before folding. This helps reduce alignment errors that can become visible when the finished cover is assembled with wings and other collapsible-box components.
Paper feeding, gluing, board positioning, four-side folding and collection are completed in one automated sequence. The specialized folding mechanism creates tight, clean edges while reducing surface scratches, making the machine suitable for premium collapsible gift boxes, book-style folding boxes and other flat-pack rigid packaging.
