The ZTC-700A/1000A/1350A automatic inner paper gluing and laminating machine applies lining materials to rigid box covers with servo-controlled positioning.
The machine feeds and glues the inner paper before placing, correcting and laminating the board. Photoelectric detection checks the relative position of the two materials, while servo correction adjusts their alignment before bonding. Pre-flattening then stabilizes the laminated case before collection, helping maintain a clean and consistent interior finish.
A professional feeder provides quick setup and stable material delivery. The touch-screen control system displays operating status and fault prompts, allowing operators to identify issues and complete routine troubleshooting more efficiently.
Available in three working formats, the series accommodates writing paper, coated paper, specialty paper, synthetic paper, cloth and other lining materials. It supports standard and large-format rigid boxes, hardcover products and other lined paperboard structures.
