Description
The ZTC-700K high-speed automatic case laminating machine automates inner paper feeding, gluing, board positioning and flattening at up to 35 pieces per minute.
Developed for continuous hardcover and rigid case production, the machine uses servo-driven transport, photoelectric detection and servo correction to align the board with the glued lining paper. These systems work together to maintain accurate positioning and consistent lamination during high-speed operation.
A professional high-speed paper feeder supports quick adjustment and stable sheet delivery. The top-suction board feeder lifts materials from above instead of dragging them across the stack, helping reduce rub marks and protect printed, coated or otherwise finished surfaces.
The touch-screen control system displays operating status and fault information, making routine operation and troubleshooting more straightforward. The machine accommodates writing paper, coated paper, specialty paper, synthetic paper, cloth and other lining materials for a broad range of rigid boxes, hardcover products and paperboard cases.
