Description

The ZFM-700K high-speed automatic rigid box case machine produces up to 35 cases/min for high-volume packaging with automated feeding, gluing and four-side folding.

Its nine-servo motion control system coordinates each station to maintain a stable production rhythm across long runs. Photoelectric detection and servo correction support accurate material placement at higher operating speeds, while platform-based folding helps protect the cover surface and maintain a clean finish.

The machine is suitable for repeat and high-volume orders involving book-style rigid boxes, hardcover cases, folders, calendars and premium packaging for food, beverages, tobacco, cosmetics and electronics.

Paper Feeder

Production Line Turning Mechanism

Platform-based Folding System

The mechanical edge-folding technology completes four-side folding on a single plane, which reduces scratches and gives the product a neat and attractive finish.

Visual Positioning System
