The Rigid Box Making & Lining Production Line integrates case making and inner lining into one continuous production process. It automatically handles cover paper feeding and gluing, greyboard positioning, four-side folding, case transfer, inner paper positioning and lining.
Available in QZFM-700A and QZFM-1000A configurations, the production line supports different case sizes and structures with 1–6 greyboard pieces. It is suitable for book-style rigid boxes, gift boxes and other premium packaging that requires a finished case with inner lining.
By connecting the case-making and lining processes, the line reduces intermediate handling between separate production stages while helping maintain consistent positioning, folding and lining quality in continuous production.
