Description

The ZFM-700D Compact-Format Rigid Box Machine is designed for automatic rigid case production within a working size range of 100 × 180 mm to 400 × 700 mm.

It integrates paper feeding, gluing, board positioning, corner wrapping and four-side folding into a continuous production process. Servo-driven motion control synchronizes material feeding, positioning and folding to support stable production and positioning accuracy of ±0.2 mm.

The machine supports 1–6 board configurations, board thicknesses from 1.0 to 3.0 mm, and side boards as narrow as 18 mm. It can process different case structures, corner styles and customized shapes according to product requirements.

With its practical working range and flexible board configuration, the ZFM-700D is suitable for rigid box covers, hardcover cases, premium gift packaging and other rigid case products.
