The QZB-1300 cardboard slitting machine automatically cuts large greyboard sheets into accurately sized strips and panels for rigid box and hardcover production.
At the material preparation stage, the PLC-controlled feeding system delivers boards continuously through seven hardened cutting knives. The multi-knife configuration divides one parent sheet into several longitudinal sections in a single pass, allowing manufacturers to prepare cover boards, spine stock, box wall panels, bases, lids and other paperboard blanks according to production requirements.
A frequency converter provides stepless speed adjustment for different board sizes and processing conditions, while the linear guide system supports stable material movement and consistent cutting. The touch-screen interface displays operating information and fault prompts, making adjustment and routine troubleshooting more straightforward.
After slitting, the prepared boards can enter grooving, corner pasting, case making, cover assembly or laminating processes. The QZB-1300 can support rigid gift boxes, hardcover books, folders, binders, calendars, presentation cases and other paperboard products requiring repeatable component dimensions.
The automatic delivery system keeps finished strips and panels moving out of the cutting area in an orderly manner, reducing manual handling and helping maintain a continuous workflow between board preparation and subsequent production stages.
