The QZFM-700B CCD magnetic box cover production line combines automatic case making, inner lining and vision-guided positioning for premium rigid packaging.
High-precision CCD cameras and automated board feeding keep the cover paper, boards and inner paper accurately aligned throughout production. Four-side folding and inner paper laminating are connected in one continuous workflow, reducing intermediate handling and helping maintain consistent cover quality in volume production.
Its applications are not limited to magnetic boxes. The line can produce cases and covers for book-style and collapsible boxes, gift boxes, folders, calendars and hardcover books, as well as outer packaging for fruit, tea, food, cosmetics, electronics, wine, cigarettes and other consumer products.
