The QZFM-700B CCD Rigid Box Production Line is designed for high-precision rigid box and hardcover case production, featuring CCD vision-guided positioning with an accuracy of ±0.15 mm. Its automated board feeding and visual positioning system support accurate greyboard placement and consistent alignment for demanding packaging requirements.
The line integrates automatic paper feeding, gluing, board positioning, four-side folding and inner paper lining into a continuous production process. With a production speed of 20–30 pcs/min, it combines precise positioning with efficient case making and lining while reducing manual handling between production stages.
Supporting 1–6 board configurations and case sizes from 120 × 180 mm to 450 × 700 mm, the QZFM-700B is suitable for conventional and collapsible book-style rigid boxes, magnetic closure boxes, hardcover cases, folders and other premium paperboard packaging.
