A professional automatic feeder supports high-speed continuous paper feeding. The mechanism is easy to adjust and runs steadily, allowing face paper to enter the following process continuously and accurately.

The ZDH-700B Automatic Collapsible Rigid Box Machine is designed for fully automatic production of wrapped components for collapsible rigid boxes and foldable rigid boxes. It integrates paper feeding, gluing, board feeding, positioning, edge folding, pressing, flattening and finished-product collection into one continuous automated process, reducing manual handling while maintaining consistent production quality.
Developed by HORDA in cooperation with Zhejiang University, the machine combines a 12-servo control system, vision-based positioning, photoelectric detection and automatic robot board feeding. Vision positioning and servo correction help maintain accurate alignment between the cover paper and greyboard, with positioning accuracy up to ±0.25 mm, supporting consistent results during batch production.
Uniform roller gluing helps achieve even adhesive application, while the insert-plate folding structure, long-edge pressing and secondary flattening work together to create tight wrapped edges, smooth surfaces and flat finished components. With automated feeding, precise positioning and controlled folding integrated into one machine, the ZDH-700B is well suited for the production of collapsible gift boxes, foldable rigid boxes and other premium flat-pack packaging.

A professional automatic feeder supports high-speed continuous paper feeding. The mechanism is easy to adjust and runs steadily, allowing face paper to enter the following process continuously and accurately.

The paper feeding system is equipped with a servo motor and photoelectric sensor to detect abnormal feeding such as double sheets and skewing, helping keep paper delivery accurate and stable.

Rubber and stainless-steel rollers spread adhesive evenly and help reduce glue waste. Constant-temperature heating maintains glue fluidity and reduces paper sticking and uneven application; the glue volume is adjustable for 100–200 g/m² face paper.

The vision positioning system uses industrial cameras and image-processing algorithms to capture the positions of the board and face paper in real time, providing detection data for subsequent picking and positioning.

The robot automatically picks and feeds the board, providing fast, stable board feeding while reducing manual intervention.

This registration system is used to position the wings of complex collapsible boxes. Vision positioning works with servo correction to adjust the board position.

The registration system provides positioning accuracy of ±0.25 mm, helping maintain consistent board positioning across batch production.

An insert plate holds the grayboard and presses downward to create a tighter wrap with smoother edges. The downward-pressing mechanism is cylinder-driven and synchronized with the main line speed.

The machine supports long-edge pressing to compress the wrapped long edges and accommodate different product sizes.

Secondary flattening reduces bubbles and improves bonding strength, while light pressing further improves product flatness and surface finish. The unit uses multi-stage pressure rollers with adjustable pressure by stage.

Finished products are delivered continuously by the outfeed conveyor for subsequent collection, reducing manual intervention.
