The ZFM-500B High Speed Foldable Box Making Machine is designed for the automatic production of foldable rigid boxes and foldable boxes at speeds of up to 40 pcs/min. It is suitable for high-speed production where accurate board positioning, clean folding and consistent box quality are required.
The machine uses a CCD vision system together with SCARA robot board positioning to accurately align the cover paper and boards before folding. This helps maintain consistent positioning between each section of the foldable box and reduces visible alignment errors after the box is formed and assembled.
Paper feeding, gluing, board positioning, four-side folding and finished-product collection are integrated into one automated production process. The specialized folding mechanism helps create clean, tight edges while reducing scratches and surface damage during production.
