The DFM-1000B CCD Foldable Rigid Box Machine integrates cover making, wing forming and inner paper lining in one flexible production system.
Designed for customized orders, multiple specifications and short production runs, it supports specification changeover within 10 minutes after parameters are preset. This reduces downtime when switching between different foldable rigid box sizes and production requirements.
A 23-servo control system, dual manipulators and CCD vision positioning help maintain accurate alignment and stable material transfer throughout production. HORDA’s self-developed suction structure also supports a wider range of paper and greyboard materials, making the DFM-1000B suitable for premium foldable rigid boxes, collapsible gift boxes and customized flat-pack packaging.
