The ZFM-700H/1000H Extended-Format Rigid Box Machine is designed for automatic rigid case production with a wider range of case sizes and material specifications.
Two model options are available for different production requirements. The ZFM-700H handles case sizes up to 450 × 720 mm, while the ZFM-1000H extends the maximum working size to 600 × 1050 mm and supports board thicknesses up to 4.0 mm.
The machine integrates paper feeding, gluing, board positioning and edge folding into a continuous production process. Servo correction, secondary conveyor positioning and photoelectric detection help maintain accurate material positioning throughout production.
Both models support 1–6 board configurations and different case structures, corner styles and customized shapes. Dual-head edge folding also provides flexibility for narrow side boards and varied board combinations.
The series is suitable for rigid box covers, hardcover cases, premium gift packaging, calendar covers, presentation folders and other rigid case products.
